Spent Easter weekend with Audrey and all of her excessive enthusiasm for her hometown. We took the train from Berkeley to Davis, a commute that was new to me, routine for her, but equally beautiful for both of us. It was golden hour as I watched the eastern view of the bay pass by while listening to angry tracks off of Kendrick's new album, feeling happily sedated as Aud stressed over job applications next to me. Once we arrived, her father graced us with ~*greek*~ pizza and some godly lemony rice soup that made my heart purr. The rest of the weekend consisted of just that: her family spoon-feeding me delicious meals and drinks and sweets while I slowly turned into a more soft and starchy version of myself.
